Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by the customer are subject to the following fees:

- Up to 24 hours before departure: free of charge

- 24 to 12 hours before departure: 40% of the booking price

- Less than 12 hours before departure or no departure after the 30-minute free waiting period: 100% of the booking price
